Facebook Group monitoring
Most opportunities in a Facebook Group are gone within an hour. Subty watches the groups for you and tells you the moment something relevant is posted.
What does Subty actually watch?
The groups you choose, and only those. You either pick from groups Subty already collects or paste a link to any group you want added.
How often is each group checked?
It depends on how busy the group is. Active groups are checked every few minutes; quiet ones less often, because checking an empty group frequently helps nobody.
What happens if a group becomes unavailable?
The group shows as “Temporarily unavailable” and Subty keeps retrying in the background. You do not need to do anything, and you are not billed differently for it.
Add a group in seconds
Search groups Subty already watches, or paste any Facebook Group link — mobile links, links with tracking parameters, even a link to a post inside the group all work.
One group, one collection
A group is collected once no matter how many Subty customers watch it. That is why popular groups start instantly and why we can afford to check them often.
Pause without losing setup
Pause a group when a season ends and it stops counting toward your plan. Your keywords and history stay exactly where you left them.
Honest status
Connecting, monitoring, paused or temporarily unavailable. Four words, no jargon, no error codes.
Questions people ask before signing up
Can Subty monitor private groups?
Subty can only collect posts from groups it can actually see. If a group cannot be monitored, it says so rather than sitting silently and never alerting you.
How many groups can I watch?
Five on Starter, twenty on Pro and fifty on Power. The trial includes three.
Do I need to keep a browser open?
No. Subty runs on our servers. Close the tab and go to work.
Stop refreshing Facebook.
Set up your first group in about two minutes, and let Subty do the watching.
