Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Subty stores, why, and for how long. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

Your email address and name, so you can sign in and we can contact you about your account.

The Facebook Groups you ask Subty to monitor, and the phrases you want to be told about.

Your Telegram chat identifier, if you connect Telegram, so alerts can be delivered.

Your billing country, so the correct payment methods are offered.

Subty stores the visible text and metadata of posts from the groups you monitor. This is what makes matching possible.

Posts are stored for a limited period — by default thirty days for all collected posts, and ninety days for posts that matched one of your rules. After that they are deleted.

Subty does not collect reactions, comments, images, video or profile details.

We record first-party events about how the product is used — that an account was created, that a group was added, that an alert was opened. These are stored in our own database and are not shared with an advertising network.

We do not store the content of posts in analytics events.

Our payment providers, to process payments. We never see or store your full card details.

Telegram, to deliver the alerts you asked for.

Our email provider, to send account emails such as verification and password resets.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

You can export your account data at any time from Settings, as a JSON file.

You can delete your account at any time. Monitoring stops, your monitors and Telegram connection are removed, and your data is scheduled for deletion. Billing records we are legally required to keep are retained.

Traffic is encrypted in transit. Sessions use secure, HTTP-only cookies. Access to production systems is restricted and audited.

If something goes wrong, we will tell you rather than hope you do not notice.

Subty is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. or Facebook.
