These terms cover your use of Subty. By creating an account you accept them.

Subty monitors sources you select, stores relevant post text and metadata, matches them against rules you define, and notifies you.

Subty is a monitoring tool. It does not act on your behalf, post anything, or contact anyone for you.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.

One account is for one person or business. Sharing an account across an organisation is not what the plans are priced for.

Do not use Subty to harass, target or profile individuals.

Do not use Subty to build a competing dataset for resale.

Do not attempt to circumvent plan limits, rate limits or access controls.

We aim for continuous monitoring but do not guarantee a specific polling interval or uptime figure. Sources change, and we would rather be honest about that than publish a number we cannot always keep.

Where a source becomes temporarily unavailable, your dashboard says so.

Plans are billed in advance for the period you choose. Card subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

Bank transfer payments cover a single period and do not renew automatically. We remind you before the period ends.

Prices may change. Existing subscribers are told before a change affects them.

You can cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.

We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, and will explain why.

Subty is provided as-is. We are not liable for business decisions made on the basis of an alert, for a missed post, or for anything that happens on a third-party platform.
