Pricing questions
What counts as a monitored group?
Any group you have switched on. If you pause a group it stops counting against your plan, so you can rotate through seasonal groups without upgrading.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
Is there a limit on alerts or keywords?
Alerts are unlimited on every plan. Each plan includes a generous number of monitors and phrases per monitor — enough that we have never seen a normal user reach it.
How does paying by bank transfer work?
Choose bank transfer at checkout and you get a VietQR code with the exact amount and a reference code. Scan it in your banking app, and your plan activates automatically — usually within a minute of the transfer landing.
Does a bank transfer renew automatically?
No, and we are explicit about that. A transfer covers one period. We remind you by Telegram and email before it ends so nothing lapses by surprise.
Can I get a refund?
The 7-day trial exists so you can find out before paying. If something goes wrong on our side after that, email support and we will sort it out.
